Why We Collect Face Data: We collect and process facial recognition templates solely to help you search, organize, and retrieve your photos more efficiently. Retaining your data for up to one (1) year is necessary to:
Length of Face Data Storage: Facial templates are retained for up to one (1) year. After that, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. To continue using the feature, you must re-upload your face data. You may delete or update your face data at any time through your account settings.
Non-sharing Policy: Your face data and photos will never be shared with third parties.
User Control: You remain in full control and may delete your photos or associated facial templates at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may delete your account and your data from our servers.
Face Data Retention: Facial templates and related face recognition data are stored for up to one (1) year, unless you choose to delete them earlier. This retention period supports seasonal activities, refund requests, and continuity of user experience.
