Welcome to Fotogrit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fotogrit platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Fotogrit is a sports technology platform operated by PT Fotogrit Utama Indonesia, with its registered office at JL. Panglima Polim X1/10, Jakarta Selatan 12160, Indonesia. Fotogrit provides digital media services, sports statistics, event management, booking and facility management, and related technology solutions for sports communities, organizations, and individuals.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Fotogrit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Fotogrit offers digital media, including photos, videos, statistics, and related services, which may be purchased using Fotogrit Coins, credit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review your selections carefully before completing any transaction.
Fotogrit Coins: Fotogrit Coins are a virtual currency used within the platform. Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fotogrit reserves the right to modify the pricing, availability, or redemption value of Fotogrit Coins at any time.
Fotogrit may provide booking and facility management services through its GritSpace platform. Bookings are subject to availability, venue-specific policies, and any applicable fees. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by the respective venue or service provider and are communicated at the time of booking.
Fotogrit provides event management tools and sports statistics services (GritStats) for organizers, teams, and players. Statistics and analytics are generated based on data captured during events and are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Fotogrit does not guarantee that all statistics are free from errors.
The face recognition feature is optional. Your use of this feature is governed by our Face Recognition Policy and our Privacy Policy. You may choose not to use face recognition without affecting your access to the core features of the Service. Face data is stored for up to one (1) year and may be deleted at any time through your account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of PT Fotogrit Utama Indonesia or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent from Fotogrit.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Fotogrit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fotogrit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT Fotogrit Utama Indonesia, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall Fotogrit's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Fotogrit Utama Indonesia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Fotogrit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service poses a risk to Fotogrit, its users, or any third party. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Fotogrit reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
